Singer, Song writer, Rapper and Dancer, GOD’S BLING goes by the name of Mona-Lisa Khumalo. She was born in Pelonomy hospital, Bloemfontein in the Free State and was raised by both her parents (mother and father) and is the oldest sibling. GOD'S BLING attended the primary school in Bloemfontein named Fauna Primary School which is situated in Fauna, from grade 1 till grade 7.

GOD'S BLING became born again at the age of 8 and had a dream of becoming a Pastor since the age of 5. She has a strong belief in Jesus and loves GOD with all her heart loved singing and dancing, and was involved in Arts at school so she was an entertainer at school functions. While she was in grade 7 in 2008 her parents left her to go look for jobs. Her grandmother was looking after her for one whole year. When her parents found employment in Johannesburg they then fetched GOD'S BLING and her little brother, then they all moved to Johannesburg.

In 2009, GOD’S BLING attended a high school named Johannesburg PolyTech Institute for a few weeks then changed schools and went to Hoérskool Vorentoe in Rossmore to complete her grade 8-12.

GOD'S BLING discovered her talent of composing songs when she was at home washing dishes, inspired by the Holy Ghost.

GOD'S BLING got involved in a talent show when she was in grade 8 and that created an opportunity for her to join a hip-hop dance crew. She was with the crew for 8 months and then left because she wanted to work in the house of GOD and express herself there.

 She then went to church and since then she grew in GOD'S word evangelising and leading souls to Christ is what she did until she thought about doing it in an art form of rap. She also does KRUMP which is another way of praising GOD...GOD'S BLING is a Daughter of many talents created by GOD for GOD.
